PPN shall carry out surveys with the help of civil society organizations about the availability of vast stretches of land currently held by government agencies and private parties at nominal lease, then make proposals involving committed construction companies.

80G tax benefit. PPN is a registered NGO whose receivable donations are eligible for tax benefit under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act - a deduction of 50 percent from the donor’s taxable income. Donations above ₹10,000 should be made through account payee bank transfers.
