A one-day workshop for young people who have finished school but have no trade, and no clear way to get one.
Where: Terrace House, S.P.S. Industrial Estate 2, L.B.S. Marg, Bhandup (W)
Cost: Free. Bring nothing but yourself.
What the day covers
- Which trades are actually hiring in Mumbai this year, with names of employers
- What a three-month course costs, and which government schemes pay for it
- Writing an application when you have no work history yet
- A short session on what an interview is actually testing
Who it is for
Anyone between sixteen and thirty without a trade. You do not need to have passed anything in particular. There is no fee and no registration form.
If you want to help run it, get in touch.
